Elebyte is an AI-native GTM operating system licensed for lawful business use by the organization that holds the account. Using the platform means accepting the terms that govern it.
2. Accounts and access
Your organization administers its own users. Access is scoped by role, so each person sees and approves only what their permissions allow.
3. Your data stays yours
The GTM data you connect remains yours. Elebyte processes it to run the service for you — normalizing signals, scoring them, drafting agent actions and modeling attribution.
4. Agent actions and approval
Agent output is a recommendation until a person with the right permission approves it. Nothing executes until your team approves, and every recommendation, edit, approval and rejection is logged.
5. Commitments and liability
Service levels, warranties and limits of liability are set out in the written agreement covering your account, which takes precedence over this summary.
